Gangs to Jobs provides opportunities for young men to find hope and a positive future through caring relationships, skill building and job placement. They specialize in positioning young adults to succeed by offering them long-term coaching, empowerment through job readiness skills, employer support, and job placement follow-up by visiting participants at the job site and encouraging both the youth and his employer. The goal is to place all these young men in a rewarding job that will demonstrate their value.
