This is it! This is the apex, the turning point, the crux of the Whole Shebang. The whole story was leading up to this point - the point of God entering our world in the flesh. There were many different responses to Jesus... Some thought he was a lunatic making outlandish proclamations. Some thought he was an amazing person and teacher. Some were threatened by him and wanted him deleted. Some appreciated the wood table he made for them (he was a carpenter, after all). Others, however, believed wholeheartedly that he was the Messiah they had been waiting for. This is the crux of the Whole Shebang - and the rest of the story flows from here.
