Benevolence

Caring for Our Church Family with Compassion and Integrity

Extending Compassion. Living Generously.

At Mountain Park, we believe we’re better together and that includes showing up for each other in times of need. Our Benevolence Ministry exists to provide short-term financial assistance for those in our church family who are experiencing unexpected hardship.

If you’re walking through a tough season, we want to support you in a way that honors your dignity and reflects the heart of Jesus.

  2. We may contact the leaders listed in your application for insight and support.

  3. After a decision is made, our Benevolence Board will follow up with you directly.

  4. If assistance is approved, it may take up to seven business days for distribution.

Please note: All assistance is paid directly to vendors (e.g., utility companies, landlords). Personal checks will not be issued. A Social Security number is required for IRS reporting purposes, as benevolence is considered reportable income.
