Our Fitness Ministry provides opportunities for our church and surrounding community to have fun while being more physically active. Yoga classes are offered multiple times throughout the week with various levels and are open to all. Our hiking group explores the beauty of Arizona’s outdoors, together, at different times throughout the year.

Christ-Centered is a beautiful and powerful combination of faith and fitness. Each class has a theme based on Scripture and focuses on strength and flexibility while creating a space for you to connect with God. All classes start with biblical meditation and include breath work, physical poses, bible verses, and prayer.

Level 1-2 Yoga


This is an athletic class with challenging postures, relaxation, breath work, and a quick flow that keeps your heart rate up. Modifications are called out for those who may need them.

Level 1 Yoga


Appropriate for beginning to intermediate levels, this is a slow-flow class with basic to moderate yoga postures, relaxation, and breathwork. The slower pace allows postures to be held a little longer for continued development.

Thursdays | 9:00 AM & 6:00 PM
Fridays | 9:00 AM

Gentle Yoga


This is a class with basic yoga postures, relaxation, and breathwork. Appropriate for all levels of students from beginners to advanced, it's all about the approach. Gentle doesn't mean easy; it means all postures will be approached from a gentle perspective.

Restorative Yoga


This meditative class with restorative yoga postures and breath work includes the use of Yoga props to create restoration within the postures. All levels from beginner to advanced will benefit from the focus on relaxation and rejuvenation for mind, body, and spirit.
